Why should I hire a private investigator?
Is my information kept confidential?
We work diligently to be discrete. Information will be kept confidential unless otherwise specified by a court of law.
Can an investigator conduct surveillance on anyone?
A private detective can conduct private surveillance for clients
to gain information in relation to on going or potential litigation
so long as they do not violate state or federal laws relating
to trespassing, wire tapping and surveillance.
When should I consider requesting a background check?
When you are introducing a new person into your personal, financial or business life you should conduct a background check. Many of us feel we can make judgments on people based on gut reactions. Sometimes the most dangerous people are able to fool us. Gut reactions can lead to disaster in our personal and professional lives.
Would you recommend a "regular person" try to do a surveillance on their own?
No. Everyone knows that parties are biased and emotional. Any information they bring to an issue will be seen with skepticism. Parties know each other. When they see an opponent near them, they suspect they are under surveillance. They would not know they were the target of surveillance when they see a stranger or a strange car in their neighborhood. Once a person suspects they are under surveillance, they will be evasive and cautious. Perhaps the most important concern is being labeled as a stalker. A hint of such activity might cause the ruling party to rule against the person conducting the surveillance.
Why should I hire a private investigator?
We all have skills and talents sharpened over many years
of experience. We can conduct an investigation much more
effectively and efficiently than a civilian.
We have resources to yield the results that clients need in court at the lowest
possible expense.
